Casings are used to protect pipelines. These pipelines usually run along highways, railway lines or regions with high activity. The pipeline is needed to be separated from the pipeline. NIK-SAN casing insulators are tubular pipe supports; that electrically insulate the pipe and prevent damage. Electrical insulation is required to prevent shorting between the carrier pipe and the casing.

Mild Steel Fittings are essentially mild carbon steel fittings.
There are pipe fittings made up of low cs, high carbon steels and mild carbon steels.
The different fittings such as the MS Pipe Elbow can be made in the mild carbon steels materials.
The ms pipe fittings range from ½ inches to 24 inches in nominal bore sizes.
The different fittings such as the MS Buttweld Tee also have different schedules ranging from sch10s through 160s. There are different functional types of fittings based on their functions.

The Mild steel end cap is used to close the pipe which is a different case than all other fittings.
The end cap can also come in different types for welding, bolting or screwed fitting. There are reducers that reduce the pipe diameters.
The MS concentric reducer and eccentric reducers are in use but the concentric reducers are the most common ones in applications.
There are special types such as the Mild steel stub end which has a short piece of pipe and a stub end which is connected to the pipe and welded together with the circumference of the pipe for maximum connectivity.

Weld Neck Flange is flanges that designed to be joined to a piping system by butt welding. This kind offlange include lots of specification, Weld neck Flange is expensive because of its long neck and cost of people for contact WN flange with pipeline or fitting but is preferred for high stress applications. The necks, or hubs, transmits stresses to the pipeline.

The gradual transition of thickness from the base of the hub to the wall thickness at the butt weld provides important reinforcement of the Weld Neck flange. The bore of Weld-Neck flange matches bore of the pipeline, reducing turbulen.
